CT

We spent the second half of our winter break in Connecticut.  Bumpa was turning 80 and that was reason enough to spend some time down there.  We arrived on Thursday with time to go through Grandma's costume closet before taking Bumpa out to eat for his actual birthday:

On Friday, we headed up to New Haven to meet up with John's parents.  They have a favorite crepe place where we had lunch.  The kids loved watching the crepe maker do his thing:

We then headed to the Peabody Museum.  I'd taken the kids before, but now they were old enough to get a lot more out of the experience:

It was great to spend the afternoon with Nana and Grandpa.  They were troopers to come to New Haven to meet us.  The kids loved seeing them and so did we!
